Refund policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original condition
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 14 days from confirmed delivery are not eligible for refund.
All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe your item was delivered with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you must notify us within 4 days of confirmed delivery.
To submit a defect claim, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the entire product
- Close-up photos of the alleged defect
- A short video demonstrating the issue (for functional concerns)
- Your order number
Claims submitted after 4 days from confirmed delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to require the item be returned for inspection before approving any refund or replacement.
Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection confirms a verified manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by the following is not considered a manufacturing defect:
- Improper fitting
- Incorrect use
- Excessive force
- Alteration or modification
- Normal wear and tear
3. Sizing Responsibility
We provide detailed product measurements and specifications on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming sizing prior to placing an order.
If a customer orders an incorrect size:
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply
Orders are subject to inspection upon return before any refund is qualified.
Items that show signs of wear, stretching, misuse, or fitting beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for return.
We do not offer “try before you buy” services.
4. Delivery & Non-Delivered Items
If tracking does not show delivery and the address entered at checkout was correct, we will investigate and assist where appropriate.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
- Theft after confirmed delivery
- Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is confirmed defective after inspection
- The wrong item was shipped due to our error
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.
After 30 minutes, order processing and fulfillment begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
Approved cancellations may be subject to a small processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are confirmed defective after inspection.

Replacement items are shipped only after the original item has been returned and inspected.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve concerns before filing a payment dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor with:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
- Product description evidence
- Policy acknowledgment
Failure to follow our return and inspection process may affect eligibility for refund consideration.
